Why The Source Through You exists

I am Mouna, and my path has led me deep into the inner world of healing, transformation, and the intelligence that lives beyond mental noise. I trained in coaching applied to organizational development, and in somatic work. The parts that mattered, I kept. The rest I left where it was.

The Source Through You describes my personal experience. It is not a method I built or a teaching handed down. It is what has always been in me — close, present, never away. It is in you too. Nothing and no one stands between.

I chose the name The Source Through You because it says, in English, what my name has always said. In Arabic, Mouna means longing — a longing every human carries, even when forgotten. In Sanskrit, it means stillness full of presence — holding what each moment needs.

Through years of guiding people through profound shifts, I have witnessed the heavy weight of pressure and the illusion that freedom lies somewhere else — beyond the next method or the next answer.

It is what stays underneath the noise — when the deadline comes, when the message arrives, when the door closes louder than expected.

What if it has all been here for you all along?
