This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from mouna.life Läderach Visionary Consulting (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Bernstrasse 15, 3113 Rubigen, Schweiz. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
All sales of digital products, online courses, memberships, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable once access has been granted. Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical failure: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the content you purchased and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a system error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us at welcome@mounalife.com with:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Your order number or transaction reference
- A clear description of the issue
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 business days.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Currency
All transactions are processed in USD. Prices are displayed in USD. No taxes are currently calculated or added at checkout.
6. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
