This Refund and Booking Policy applies to all purchases made from Akaymano AG MounaLife (“we”, “us”, or “our”), located at Bernstrasse 15, 3113 Rubigen, Schweiz/Switzerland. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
1. Digital Products and Online Courses
All sales of digital products, online courses, memberships, and downloadable content are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase; by buying, you agree to immediate access and waive any right of withdrawal. As digital content cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Group Journeys: If a journey does not reach the minimum of 5 participants, it does not take place and is refunded in full. Dates are binding — a missed meeting is not refunded or rescheduled.
- Technical failure: If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing the content you purchased and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate purchase: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a system error.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the above exceptions, please contact us at welcome@mounalife.com with:
- Your full name and email address used at purchase
- Your order number or transaction reference
- A clear description of the issue
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 3 business days.
4. Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Currency
All transactions are processed in your regional currency — USD, CHF, EUR, or AUD, depending on your location. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; no additional taxes or fees are added.
6. Jurisdiction
This policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
